Sangha Membership Classes and Drop in Yoga Classes

Registration is now open for Fall 2022 Sangha Membership! New studio location is at Maggies Nest, 18 Spruce Park Dr, Strathmore, AB.

Included with the Membership:

  • Access to all in person and live streamed classes on Mondays. (reservations needed for in person spots. Do so after you have purchased your membership).
  • 1 Meditation class and 3 Yoga classes run on Mondays. (Details below).
  • Access to recordings of these classes until Jan 1, 2023.
  • 25% off fees for Mala and Moksha workshop Sunday, December 11, 2022.
  • 25% off fees for Private Yoga until Jan 1st.

Members can Register for a Semester of Live Stream and In-studio Classes:

Rise and Shine Yoga Mondays 9am (Oct 10, 24, 31, Nov 7, Dec 12, Dec 19)

Join for an uplifting and energizing morning yoga class that includes pranayama (breath work), Sun Salutations, and yoga poses meant to awaken mind and body. Appropriate for all levels of experience, average mobility required.

Slow Flow Hatha Yoga Mondays 6pm (Oct 10, 24, 31, Nov 7, Dec 12, Dec 19)

These evening classes are 90 minutes in length and will include time for community connection, followed by a balanced hatha yoga class including asanas (postures), pranayama (breath), and deep relaxation to aid you in slowing down after a busy day.

Golden Yogis Gentle Yoga Mondays 10:45am (Oct 10, 24, 31, Nov 7, Dec 12, Dec 19)

These 90 minute yoga classes are for bodies that are in need of mindful movement and deep rest. If you are a senior or person who lives with chronic pain, stress, illness or special needs, this class will be adaptable and appropriate for all that desire a gentle yoga experience that will ease pain, reduce stress and fatigue, and improve mobility.

Candlelight Meditations (45 min) Mondays 7:45pm

Explore various pranayamas and meditations from the book Letters from the Yoga Masters, as well as others from various traditions. Experience the benefits and bliss that comes with the practice of meditation.
